Toome Tile Plant Investment Phase One

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of Phase One of our £1.8 M investment in the Toome Tile Plant! This project is a testament to our commitment to innovation and efficiency.

We've replaced and upgraded key machinery, including a state-of-the-art stretch hood machine and new strapping units, all provided by worldwide manufacturer Signode. This significant overhaul helps us reduce downtime and enhance our production capabilities.

Our team, alongside suppliers Ross Companies Ltd and the GES Group, ensured seamless installations during the Christmas holidays, demonstrating our dedication and teamwork in delivering optimal results.

Additionally, we've invested in new Aluminium Ridge pallets and Donard Tile pallets, enabling us to boost our daily output and improve curing efficiencies.

We’re gearing up for Phase Two, set to kick off during the Easter holidays! This phase will introduce a robotic transfer grab, further enhancing our operational efficiency.
