Job Description:

• Support energy and carbon data collection, validation and reporting for internal, regulatory and CRH requirements.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of energy, fuel and other sustainability-related data through routine checks, analysis and reporting.
• Assist with the management of internal energy and sustainability systems.
• Support the delivery of Northstone’s Sustainability and Decarbonisation Roadmaps by monitoring progress, KPIs and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Prepare sustainability reports, carbon footprint assessments and performance updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with sustainability compliance, customer tender responses, employee engagement activities and training programmes.
• Contribute to employee engagement and awareness initiatives through the coordination of energy and sustainability training sessions/ toolbox talks.

Candidates should ideally possess the following skills / qualities:

• A strong interest in sustainability, energy management and decarbonisation.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
