Lunch & Learn at Design ID – Hillsborough

On Thursday, 25th September 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting a Lunch & Learn session at Design ID in Hillsborough.

The session was led by Owen Roberts and Hanna Miskimmin, with Steven Oldham also in attendance.

This event offered a fantastic opportunity to engage with our customers, share knowledge, and promote the importance of sustainability in the construction industry. As part of our ongoing sustainability goals, we’re committed to raising awareness and encouraging collaboration across the industry to build a safer, more sustainable future.

At Northstone Materials Ltd, we aim to lead the way in sustainable construction. Using our platform to inspire and support others in adopting environmentally responsible practices.

During the session, Owen and Hanna explored:
- The environmental impact of the construction industry Practical steps companies can take to reduce their footprint
- Real-world case studies, including the City Quays Garden project, showcasing sustainable design in action.
