Celebrating 25 Years of Service — Patricia O’Rawe!

On 4 January 2025, we proudly celebrate Patricia O’Raw,e marking an incredible 25 years with the company!

Patricia began her journey back in 2001 as an Admin Assistant, and over the years, she has supported multiple offices, taken on new challenges, and become a valued and steady force within our Estimating team. From maternity cover surprises, to office moves, to the ever-changing world of tenders, she’s seen (and supported!) it all.

Patricia shared a few words about her milestone: “I started on 4th January 2001, and 25 years later, here I am in the same department. I guess I must be doing something right! I’ve worked across several offices and with so many incredible people over the years. No two days in Estimating are ever the same; every day brings new challenges. I have some great memories and feel lucky to have worked with so many fantastic colleagues, past and present.”

Patricia, thank you for the dedication, adaptability, and positivity you’ve brought to every role and every team.
