A New Addition to the Northstone Contracting Fleet!

We are delighted to introduce the latest upgrade to our fleet, a newly completed Bond Coat Sprayer, delivered in late 2025 and built to enhance efficiency, precision, and performance across our surfacing operations.

This advanced machine is equipped with a 6,000-litre emulsion tank and an upgraded bitumen melter featuring highly insulated walls. Both sides of the truck include joint sealer arms, all conveniently controlled from the cab for maximum operator ease. Designed with safety in mind, the machine allows operators to manage all functions from inside the cab, reducing the need to work near traffic or hot materials.

Key Features: Built on a used Scania G410 chassis supplied by Unilok Road Equipment
- 4.2-metre telescopic spray bar for clean, accurate application
- Joint sealer arms on both sides, cab-operated
- Full in-cab control of all spraying functions
